Privacy policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
MAYB TMRW ("we," "us") runs this website and our screen printing, embroidery and promotional products business out of our shop at 99 S 3rd St, Ste 76F, Hudson, NY 12534. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, request a quote, place a rush request, upload artwork, pay an invoice or otherwise work with us, and what we do with it. If anything in our Terms conflicts with this policy on how we handle personal information, this policy controls.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, company, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Project details: what you're making, quantities, sizes, dates, notes, and anything else you tell us on our forms, by email, by phone or in person.
- Artwork and files: logos, designs, mockups and other files you upload or send us.
- Payment details: invoices and payments are handled by our payment processors. We see what's needed to confirm a payment (like the amount, date and the last four digits of a card), but we don't store full card or bank account numbers.
- Device and usage information: like most websites, the site automatically collects basic information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, prepare quotes and proofs, and produce, ship and invoice your order.
- To keep records of past orders and artwork so reorders are easy.
- To keep the site and our systems secure and prevent fraud.
- To send occasional emails about our work and services. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in the email. We'll still send emails about your quotes and orders.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Your artwork
Files you upload through our forms are stored privately in our own production system and are only used to quote and produce your work. Download links we send internally expire. We don't use your artwork for anything other than your job, except as described in the Social Media section of our Terms (photos of finished work, which you can ask us not to post).
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertising partners for targeted ads. We only share what's needed to get your job done, with:
- Service providers who run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting (Shopify), our production and quoting software and its cloud hosting and email providers, payment processors, and accounting tools.
- Shipping carriers and suppliers, when we need to ship your order or order blanks for it (for example, a ship-to address for UPS).
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Shopify
This website is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes information about your visit to provide and improve the site. Shopify may use some of this information together with information from other Shopify stores to provide certain features, and in those cases Shopify is responsible for that processing. You can learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and exercise rights over that data through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
How long we keep it
We keep project records and artwork for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time after, so reorders are easy and so we can meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your files and information at any time, and we'll do so unless we're required to keep them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information. We'll never treat you differently for using these rights. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted payment processing and private file storage, but no method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other sites, like Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
