01PricingWhat are your minimums?
  • Screen printing: 28 pieces
  • Embroidery: 12 pieces
  • Promotional products: varies by product
02PricingWhat are your price breaks?
  • Screen printing: 56 / 100 / 250 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000 / 10K+
  • Embroidery: 36 / 72 / 144 / 288 / 576 / 1,152
  • Direct to film: 20 / 50 / 100 / 200 / 300 / 500 / 1,000
  • Promotional products: varies by product

The more you order, the better the price.

03PricingI need 80 shirts. Should I order 100?

Depends on what they're for.

  • Retail and brands: if you're reselling, round up to the next price break. A lower cost per piece means more margin on every sale.
  • Businesses, events and staff: if you're outfitting a crew on a budget, the bottom line matters more than the per-piece price. Get what you need, plus 3–5% extra per size to cover manufacturer defects.

Honestly, the number of people who reorder the minimum again a month later is amazing. If you can swing the next price break, you usually end up with the same amount of product in the long run for a lot less per piece.

04OrderingHow do I place an order?

Quote → approval → payment → digital proofs → approval → production.

All quotes, invoices and art approvals come through our system by email, and orders are paid in full to start production. We take cash, check, credit card and ACH/bank transfer. No card fees on invoices under $5,000; over that, we ask for check or ACH.

Here's how it works →
05OrderingHow long will my order take?

10 business days from payment and proof approval, plus shipping time. Extras like private labels, sewn labels or folding and bagging can add time, and we'll note it on your quote.

Have a hard deadline? Tell us up front, since rush fees may apply. We always recommend setting your in-hands date 1–2 days before you actually need it.

06PrintingCan you print high detail artwork?

Of course, but a few things affect how sharp it comes out: the product, brand and fabric, the garment color vs. your design colors, and the ink. For example, a white discharge print on an economy 50/50 tee won't look as crisp as the same print on a 100% cotton jersey tee.

Products that don't love high detail: mesh jerseys and shorts, ribbed tanks, canvas, burnout tees and pique polos.

07PrintingCan you print over a hem, seam, zipper or pocket?

Sure. So long as you understand it may have slight imperfections. Screen printing needs a flat surface between the screen and the platen. Hems, seams, zippers and pockets interrupt that, which can leave ink build-up or gaps in the design.

It works best as a 1-color print in water-based or discharge ink on 100% cotton. A vintage or distressed filter on the art also helps hide any inconsistencies.

08PrintingWhy is there a faint block around my print?

That's a ghost block, left behind by squeegee pressure on the screen. If it doesn't brush off by hand, it'll disappear in the first wash.

09PrintingWhy is the inside of my shirt a little sticky?

That washes out too. We use water based adhesive on our platens so shirts stay put while printing. Fleece needs a stronger web spray adhesive to lock the material in place, so sweatshirts can have a bit more residue.

10Contract printingDo you do contract printing on goods I supply?

Only by approval. We're not a contract shop, so provided goods are reviewed case by case and every contract order requires our signed client-provided goods agreement before anything comes in the door. You also provide your own mock-ups and proofs.

There are added fees (10% contract fee, plus 10% for items worth $75+ per piece), a 10–14 business day turnaround, and all provided goods are decorated at your own risk.
