Ink & Stencils
Screen printing is the most cost efficient choice for large quantity orders and is our bread & butter. We’ve been printing since 2006 and hold incredibly high standards for our work. Screen printing is produced 1 color at a time through a stencil created in a mesh screen in which ink is transferred by force through the mesh onto the substrate.

Water Based Ink
Water based ink is our screen printing ink of choice. This ink is the premium solution for an eco-friendly option that absorbs into the fibers of high cotton content garments achieving an extremely soft hand feel that provides a matte finish on light colored garments. Depending on the fabric color water based can result in a more vintage look over time. *You will not feel a water based print once it has been washed.

Water Based HSA Ink
High Solid Acrylics are still relatively new to the screen printing industry that we happen to consider ourselves pretty good at. HSA is a more “bold” water based ink specially formulated to sit on top of the fabric’s fibers, much like plastisol ink (below). This gives the option to hit those highly opaque vibrant colors with a more eco-friendly result and softer hand feel.

Water Based Discharge Ink
A water based ink formulated to remove the dye of dark colored garments and replace it with the ink color in a type of “re-bleaching” process. Discharge ink is opaque, vibrant, and holds a matte finish where the best results are achieved with 100%-high cotton content fabrics. It can be a bit tricky to perfectly match Pantone colors and is a little stinky due to the process so we recommend running a wash before wearing garments printed with discharge ink. *White discharge ink can feel crusty and crack easily fresh out of the box. Don’t worry, you will not feel a discharge print once it has been washed.

Soft hand breathable prints on dark color garments.
Plastisol Ink
*We have 100% phased out plastisol ink in our shop.
This is the most common used ink in the industry. Plastisol ink is made from PVC resin and a plasticizer which sits on top of the fabric creating its own layer. Holding opaque vibrancy we kept our plastisol prints as thin as possible so they are not as heavy handed as the old days. Once we dialed in HSA ink we were able to fully remove plastisol ink from our shelves.

Classic t-shirt look & feel as well as coarse canvas, vibrant designs, & spot on Pantone matching.
Our Expertise
The Good
Screen printing is an excellent choice for consistency and speed that is best suited for flat substrates. We are capable of printing 650+ pieces per hour right here in our NY facility.
Not so good
Products like hats, backpacks, blankets, etc. We have other premium decoration methods for these products. Please reach out to us here.
