What we need from you
- Be set up (or swiftly get set up) in our system as a customer
- Know the Product, Colors, & Quantity by Size Needed for your order
- Have Hi-Res or Vector Print Ready Artwork (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .tiff, etc…)
- Provide a Ship To Address
- Approve Proofs & Pay on Time *Daily order cutoff is 3pm EST. Mon-Fri*
Orders will not be entered into our system until we have received all of the above information. Only then will lead time begin to your ship/ pick-up date.
Any delays or changes will delay the order and potentially increase the rush fee.

Our rush order program is equated by the number of days short of our standard 10 day turnaround.
*Days = Monday-Friday business days.
Example of an order needed in 5 days:
50% would be added to the subtotal of the order. If this order was placed on a Tuesday, it would be ready to ship/ pick-up by 5pm the following Tuesday.
*It is important to keep in mind that in-house lead time does not include shipping.
