Contract printing has a 10-14 business day turnaround time from the time a P.O. has been submit, approved, product received in-house, and a 50% deposit has been made. All products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and approved by staff. It is highly recommended to order 3-5% extra per size if an exact count is necessary. More information under *Garment & Product Ordering* terms. In the rare case that we allow provided product, please understand it is not our primary line of business and your order will not be prioritized over current orders on our production schedule.

Contract printing will be charged set up fees per screen along with per-piece printing cost to be determined by quantity ordered. Contract orders will be released for shipping or pick-up once the remaining balance has been paid.

MAYB | TMRW® will not be held responsible for print trials on provided products deemed to unsatisfactory of company standards. In the case that your product is not accepting a quality print; all production will be halted and client will be contacted to discuss how to proceed.

Our standard in-house turnaround time is 10 business days + shipping time *depending on the complexity of the order. Turnaround time begins once the order has been paid and all artwork/information to complete the order has been received & approved by MAYB | TMRW®.

Orders with additional services i.e. printed tagging, sewn labeling, folding + poly bag, etc… will require additional time that will be listed on your most up-to-date quote and/or invoice.

If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know upon placing the order as rush fees may apply to meet your target date.  MAYB | TMRW® will not be held responsible for any delays out of our control such as shipping exceptions or weather delays.

We have narrowed our market down to 2 types of clients to help answer this common question.

Retail Clients who typically purchase custom printed products for resale.
– For retailers & brands, we always recommend rounding up to the nearest/higher price bracket to receive a lower cost per/pc to increase your profit margin per sale.

Business, Event, & Staffing Clients who typically purchase custom printed products to outfit their crew/event staff while staying within a particular budget.  *These clients are typically more concerned with the bottom dollar as opposed to per/pc cost.
– In this case it’s a matter of getting what is needed within budget. However, we highly recommend ordering 3-5% extra in each size to account for manufacture defects (read more here about why we recommend ordering extra).

*The amount of requests to reorder the minimum qty is amazing… Ordering the next higher price break (if possible) will receive the same amount of product (in the long run) for much better pricing per-piece.

We require a minimum of 14 per garment color and 28 per printed design color.
in example: 28 Black shirts a with a white print > ink change > 28 White shirts with a black print. Totaling our 56 piece minimum resulting in half black shirts with a white print and half white shirts with a black print. 😎

For each time we need to change the ink color an additional fee of $20.00 per color change will apply.  *Be aware of the shirt color vs. design color.

Sure!  However, this doesn’t always work in the favor of receiving better pricing based off of the total quantity.

Example //

1. The same design printed on 28 t-shirts & 28 long sleeve t-shirts would qualify for 56 piece pricing.
2. The same design printed on 28 t-shirts & 28 tote bags wouldn’t qualify for an order as each would need to meet the 56 piece minimum. This is due to the different settings on the equipment required to print the tote bags.

Of course, but there are some factors to take into consideration to achieve the highest quality print such as: product to be printed, brand, fabric, color of the product vs. the colors in the design, ink to be used, etc…

Example //
Printing a white discharge ink on an economical 50/50 Gildan 5000 t-shirt will not have the same quality results as printing on a 100% jersey cotton t-shirt.

Products that do not work well with high detail printing:

• Mesh Jerseys/Shorts
• Ribbed Tank Tops
• Canvas
• Burnout Tee’s
• Pique Polo’s

Printing requires a flat surface between the screen (that holds your design to be printed) and the platen (the surface your garment/product is mounted on) to achieve a perfect print every time. Printing over a hem, seam, zipper, or pocket, creates an interruption of the flat surface resulting in inconsistencies such as blotches of ink build up or gaps in the printed design. This is best achieved with a 1 color imprint using water base or discharge ink on 100% cotton products.  *It also can help hide the print inconsistencies by adding a vintage filter to your artwork.

This ghost block is sometimes left behind by the pressure of the squeegee moving across the screen when depositing the ink to the substrate.  If it doesn’t brush away immediately by hand it will surely disappear upon the first wash.

This too should break down and disappear after washing.

During the screen printing process, the product to be printed needs to stay fixed onto a flat surface. To do this we use a light spray adhesive on our platens (a.k.a. pallet/shirt board) to assure the shirts do not stick to the back of the screen when printing. Due to the fuzz of the fleece in sweatshirts we use a more aggressive adhesive that can sometimes leave behind a bit more residue on the inside of the shirts.
