Embroidery
Needle & Thread
High-quality embroidery is stitched directly into the product using the classic needle and thread process of sewing with a wooden hoop. Our hoops are not wood and our top of the line machine can sew out 1,000 stitches per minute. Embroidery is an excellent choice for hats but we also stitch shirts, jackets, backpacks, blankets, and more.
Our thread is Oeko-Tek® certified to be free from harmful substances. Certification here.

Flat Embroidery
Flat Embroidery is what you’re used to seeing on the shirt of the mechanic who changed the oil in your car last week. Placing a professional logo on the left chest is a common application for this method. Depending on the stability of the product we use different types of backing applications to assure the stitching has something solid to grab on to.
Great for
Beanies, Shirts, Backpacks, Blankets, Polos, and more.
